I'v update my xperia P from 2.3 to 4.1. in jb i can't get multiple window, and can't get 3d sweep panorama in camera. so please help to solve this  problems ??

Could you please elaborate on your issue regarding multiple windows, which app are you trying to get these on?

In regards to your camera query the 3D features are not something which would be available on the Jelly Bean software versions. There would not be a way of adding this functionality onto the device.
