Notification sounds not playing

Hello,

Since my telephone as been updated to 10.3.A.0.0423 all notificantion sounds have stopped playing. I have tried to select a new sound in the settings menu but this had no effect. I can also not preview any sounds in this menu.

I have tried completly resetting the phone with and without the automatic restore of my data. I have also uninstalled whatsapp as I have read that it can also cause problems.

Is this a known bug and are there any known fixes?

As a reset of the tablet doesn't help i recommend that you try to repair (reinstall) the tablets software. You can do this using PC Companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/. Open Support zone -> Software update -> repair but please note that this will reset your tablet.

After the repair, try notifications before restoring any backup or 3:rd party apps.
