My phone lags a lot in this new update.. What's the solution fir this?

First of all make a factory reset and check if issue is the same

Also be more specific: where and when phone lags? Always? with a specfic app?

When i use google chrome it gets restarted.but laging problem is with evry app.specially during multi tasking
