My phone turns on and recieves all forms of communication (data and calls) but the touch screen does not respond to touching at all. I can turn it on, but cannot unlock from the lock screen because it won't recognise any touch. It therefore cannot be turned off properly either. I have tried safe mode and all I can do is take the battery out to turn it off. It won't respond at all. What should I do? Should I just take it in for service?
