ip camera not working

I currently used a couple of ipcam Foscam, perfectly working with Galaxy  note, S3 and S2, both wifi and 3g. The ipcam are on ports 5060 and  5600, ddns with no-ip.
Now I'm owning a new Xperia Z purple, and no way to see the cam!
tried many app, tried also with browser (maxthon). page not available!!!
It seems the phone is unable to see any ports other the 80, both in 3g than wifi.
Result, I cannot see my cameras, but with samsung all fine!

Tried many apps with same results, tried also many browsers: unable also to view config page of the camera, pages unavailable. It seems that all ports are blocked!

Some minutes ago tried a factory reset, but the issue remain the same.

I.e. Typing 192.168.1.1:80 I enter in config page of my router, typing 192.168.1.200:5060 page unavailable.

But typing 192.168.1.200:5060 in my note send me in config page of ip-camera!

Anyone can help?

Just to clarify, to connect to the local IP addresses you must be connected to the same network. If you are and it's still not working. I think that you will have to check router logs. You can also make this work via mobile networks by port forwarding I guess.

But just to be clear the are no port restrictions from the phone side. But using mobile networks you might have some proxy server entered in your APN setting that limits this.

I'm surely on same network, but same result also on 3g with ddns service. The comparative test is done with Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, Note aand a china clone with Android 2.3. All with same setting, apn and sim. Ipcamera working on all phone, except Xperia Z.

Started test with Yawcam, program for pc that simulate a ip camera and that let me manipulate the ipcamera data simply.

Two ways of functioning, http (still image) and stream (video live). All working on all phones, obviously except Xperia Z.

On Z video stream do not function, but the http session ( 1 jpeg image ) works! So that is not an issue of ports or firewall, but an issue regarding the streaming. Maybe an hardware fault?

Ask to italian Sony service, they have not idea at all and cannot fix it.

Without this functionality I will have to sell it for sure Slightly_frowning_Face
