Internet connection problem using mobile network

I have recently activated internet connection for m4 aqua dual. Then i restarted my cell phone. first, the internet was working well but after a minute or two the internet automatically vanished. I repeated the task several times but the results were the same.Internet connection vanishes after a minute. I also switched off power management and even turned off queue background data. But still the problem is occurring . I can not understand the problem...

Do you have the LTE-version of M4 Aqua dual and if so, does your SIM-card and subscription support LTE? If not, you need to set the phone to GSM/3G under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> [select SIM] -> Preferred network type. If you have GSM only SIM you need to select GSM only in this menu.

my preferred network type is WCDMA(preferred)/GSM and my mobile network is 3G enabled. It is selected as default since my purchase time

By the way, H symbol is visible beside the network strength bar. Sometimes it shows H+ symbol. The internet connection is still barren despite those symbols....

Sounds like you have a mobile data connection but can't get any data on it in that case.

Are you sure that you have correct APN-settings under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> [select SIM] -> Access Point Names? If the APN-settings are correct i recommend that you try the phone with another SIM to check if it might be the SIM card or subscription causing this.

The APN settings are correct because i checked those settings in the mobile network customer care center. I can use the facebook messaging app using the internet with mobile network but the chrome and play store can not load page after minute or two. Is there any setting issue about those apps?...i think the device is automatically ceasing those apps...

So when Chrome is unable to load any pages, you can still use Facebook Messenger?

This doesn't sound like it's related to the phone to me. This sounds like a network issue.

Would it be possible for you to test this with another SIM? If possible, a SIM from another operator.

Thanks a lot....Rickard... it was really the network problem
