Usually the phone has about 15 apps in the "recent apps list". This is a cool feature. But the problem is when I select a recent app from this list while multi tasking (eg: suppose am using whatsapp and I want to jump to the fourth or fifth app in the list, say facebook, the facebook app starts from the beginning, means its taking time to reload the app.
In my Dell Venue tablet (which has the same 2GB ram), the apps are loaded from memory, means it loads faster. yes it results in more RAM consumption, but that makes multi tasking way faster. It feels just like switching apps in windows or mac osx. Is there any way to introduce it in my current currect stock rom of Sony (Lollipop 5.0.2), or should i need to install cyanogenmod os or custom roms? Hopefully someone can help.

Loading an app from the list (see the facebook app is taking time to load) ->

PS - Also another problem is that while using google chrome, say we have about 5 tabs open in chrome, and if we come back to chrome after using some other apps, then all the tabs reload again. This is time consuming. This used to happen in an old phone of mine which had only 512mb ram. But Z ultra always seems to have atleast 400 MB free ram, then how come this is happening.
