Yes, that is correct.
Im trying to upload a photo, so you can see, that nothing stands out.
Google play is top of the list with 172mb
Then messenger 141mb and Snapchat 123.
Also, my phone is regularly trying to make safety copy, but does rarely succeed.
I face the same problem at the pc with pc companion. It just stop around one third in and never goes on.
Based on the screenshot you uploaded then the Android-system (the operating system) is taking up about 4.4GB in your phone, which is not unusual, and that your apps take up 10GB. I suggest that you uninstall the apps you no longer use or that (if possible) you transfer them to an SD-card.
Facebook does not use up 6 GB!
I've transferred all apps possible to the SD card.
I don't have many apps at all.
As I said, if I count ALL my apps up INCLUDING the preinstalled apps it about 4GB
The phone says I have 10GB apps and the Android system takes up 4,43.
The 4,43 it not included in the 10GB.
Even if it where, there is stille something completely wrong!
The apps I have downloadet is not even 2GB
You see there is a problem?
Also I have chosen the "tving til at standse" option on all apps possible, so they only use memory when I open them.
I did all these things before asking in here.
How? I regularly delete data and cache?
Isn't that what use up memory/storage?
No matter where I look, I can't find any hidden files/thingys who clogs up memory/storage from facebook or snapchat.
I had 9gag app once, and it clogged up the memory/storage in a matter of weeks because it hid all photos in the phone.
I deleted cache and it was no longer a problem.
But I cant seem to see, where the facebook or snapchat app stores any files, when I deleted data and cache?
