About that other thing, can I see that somewhere? I know I can go to settings -->apps and enter each one of them and there it says app on the device and app on the sd card. I'm not sure if it's exactly like this cause mine is in a different language.

You could try to clear cache, the button should be there. And restart your device. Its strange that the graph isn't exactly in connection with the actual memory usage.
Yep it's strange and I'm really not sure what to do. I clear cache regullary ,right now it has only 70mb used so that's not the problem either...

And i just tried to remove my sd card to see the difference in app folder usage,and it ads 4 gb once i insert it,but still the picture and add up says I should have at least 3-4 gb free
