Instagram video loading issue

I am user of Xperia SP. Videos dont load on instagram. My friend has the same phone. Even he is facing the exact same problem. Whenever i try to open video the video becomes blank i reinstalled instagram but the problem has not gone. I use a fast wifi connection and 3g mobile data.

Have you tried to clear data for instagram app and log in again?

@Alexdon i have mentioned, yes, i reinstalled and relogged in. And even my friend having the same phone experiences the same issue

@Anmol1 Not sure if reinstalling will have the same effect as clearing data as sometimes data is left behind if you only uninstall the application.

talk about rudeness, perhaps you can be a bit more specific and use numbers instead of "fast connection" 

download speedtest and report back

2mbps.. And a '3g' speed connection. @uliwooly
@alexdon will clear data ans try.. But the most important thing is even my friend with the same phone is having the same problem!!

Are you able to play youtube videos? you should contact Instagram regarding this problem

Might be something local so I think uli got a point here.
