ICS 4.0.4 update problem

My SI number is on the list (1257-2734) but i can't update. Pc companion showing that the latest software installed but my phone has still version 2.3.7(I have the latest build number 6.0.A.3.75)

by the way i tried on pc and mac (pc companion, bridge and sony update service).

What's the problem??

I just chatted with somebody from the support team of Sony Mobile Germany and they said that they know about the problem but at the moment they don't know what is causing it :smileyshocked:!
