ICS 4.0.4 update problem!!!

my neo v SI number is in the list but when connected to pc companion it say "...........your phone is up to date...."

i m using official 4.0.3 and i m from india....

so,why i m not getting update

what's the problem?????

Hey mandeep,

the problems you tell us from are the problems of many of us.

Maybe it is a sony server problem. Thounsands will get the updates

i think update from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 is also possible via wifi and update center.

Just try the update sometimes again. I had to wait 10 hours but then it worked well

There is a problem with the servers, wait for 2-3 days and everything would be fixe

i think the problem in installed firmware

i try to repiar my phone my pc campanion bt when i try after 5 min it says installation failed and update failed....

one thing also

what is fota how to get fota nortification?..........

Its due to overloaded servers..

FOTA - firmware over the air.. means downloading the firmware directly to your mobile and updating it

Go to Update Center APP in your mobile and press menu button and select refresh.

See if you get any notification

You should get the update from the Update Center in the phone. That is how I got it.

When server ok?........
