Hi,
I bought my xperia S from a cellular company before 2 weeks or 3 weeks... I saw that the latest Build of android 4.0.4 for xperia S is 5.1.A.2.55... and I'm still on Build number 6.1.A.2.45... and I didn't get any notifications, and PC Companion says that I have the latest version... what I need to do?...
and When Jelly bean will roll out for xperia S, I will have the same problem??? maybe, becouse i bought in a cellular company????? WHY SONY, WHY?
.45 is the latest firmware for many areas of the world, .55 is for specific regional fixes.
But what about jelly bean update? I bought my xperia S in a cellular company... When Jelly bean for xperia S will roll out, I need to wait more time for the update? like when my cellular company will make the update with hebrew version, or something...Or immediately I will get the update for the jelly bean?
Dont know, i gave my Xperia S away and bought a Nexus 4 because i found the Sony support to be the worst i have ever encountered and the Xperia S the most bug ridden phone i have ever owed which is a shame because it could have been and should have been the best phone i have ever owned.
In my exprience once the updates start to roll out Sony are extremely slow at getting it to everyone so patience really is a virtue.
