Please,
I'm having a serious problem.
My Xperia E Dual has discharged and doesn't turn on anymore.
I've put it to charge on USB and cable, but after hours it does not respond or turn on.
I've done everything as instructed on the Troubleshooting of Xperia Care and still no results.
Could anyone help me?
Thanks.
Please try running a repair if you have not already:
To repair the phone software
1. Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2. Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3. In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4. Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5. Click repair phone.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Hi Sam,
I'm sorry, but the phone does not turn on, so it is not recognized by PC Companion.
Already tried that.
Please try following these steps specifically, (do not connect the phone till the last step and only in the method described) this will allow you to run a repair with the phone powered off.

OK, I'll try.
Can you explain to me what happened and if this problem is common and keeps happening?
Didn't worked.
What should I do now?
