Delay in repair of xperia SL

         I've submitted my xperia SL to Sony Service Center 7 days ago, but still I dont have any response yet. when I will get the proper service from Sony. please help me.

I already had a discussion with xperia care team, they told that the delivery of the parts are pending. I dont know how many days it will take to deliver the mobile parts.
