fluctuation in music volume while using headphone in ZL

whenever i use headphone while listening to music (walkman) there is constant fluctuation in volume level.  I tried various headphones to confirm the problem. but it appeared in all the headphones and with all the songs..

you are the first one i have seen with this problem

Are you using the original sony headphones provided?

Does it happen without the headphones?

disable all the sound options/enhancements etc and see if the problem persists

if so and you have tried other headsets and you don't have any untilities like task managers memory managers antivirus etc installed - uninstall them if you have

then you may have a hardware fault

run a backup first - remove your SD card if installed and

-  as a last resort use PCC and do an update "repair my phone" and when completed do not install anything and try again - if the problem persists then you need to go to your retailer or get in touch with  Sony support in your area/country

No Arjun, I never liked the stock headphones. i use the avf / ovleng. It happenned only with the headphones and PARTICULARLY with the walkman music., not while playing music in videos...

since i haven't installed ANY additional apps, i tried to disable all the sound options. and re enabled. At the moment it is working fine:smileyhappy: hope it continues to........Thank you GeoffH
