Hi Im having a problem with my xperia z2

The probelm is when i lock my phone i cant turn it on, when i press the power button i only see black screen but there is light in the screen and the touches are working even sound and everything and when i turn off the phone and turn it on the screen works but when i lock it and want to unlock the screen goes black

its been 3 days since the problem began and i even made a factory reset and im still facing the probelm pleaaaaase anyone can help me

Are you using a protective film,glass and or cover?

After the factory reset, did you restore any backup or installed any applications?

No i don't use them

I even have changed the firmware and no solution 😔

Have you repaired the phone with PCC?

I have but it's the same

You might want to contact your Local support or use a different Gmail acocunt, but its most likely a third party app acting up.

Well, I don't know but these might not the problems because even when i formatted my phone (without signing in and apps were not installed) the problem is the the same.
Anyway I'm really thankful for your answers
