I am getting Error 403 When downloading apps from google play...

Hello all,

Actually i was very happy when i purchased my new Xperia U last week.But that happiness became sadness.

When ever i am trying to download the apps from google play i cannot download and also it shows an error showing download failed due to error 403.

I didnt think sony  will put me in deep trouble.

Plz help me to solve this issue since i am new to android market......

I am helpless...

Just follow the steps I mentioned, plus delete the updates, cache and clear data from the Google Plus app using the Application Manager in your phone.

Hi!

I'm in Iran.

recently Iran has came out of the boycott list of google play.but I still can't access it!!

and i'm connecting to internet by wi-fi.

does it work for me to remove the proxy?!

Reply: About error 403 in Android Play store while downloading.

i was facing this problem in my sony xperia U and gone through all options. but at the end i think that its MAC address may be automatically blocked by our office server, so when i checkd my office server myself (as i am network administrator) then i found that its MAC address was blocked by our server.

If you are connecting any office environment then you may contact your server administrator, this may be one of the reason of your error 403.

Kirankishore1992, I just cant believe it worked: becauae I have tried everything else I found in the net ! I am more surprised as the problem started from nowhere: no new app, setting change, sim change or handset change. But your advise worked even in my Samsung galaxy s3. Thanks once again.
