How to transfer files to PC?

I just want to transfer all my files from my phone(ARC S) to my PC.

Open Computer or My Computer and your phone should be listed in the devices then simply double click to open the storage

but PCC says, my phone is not supported with backup and restore function.

What kind of files as if it's audio, docs and images then the method above will work, For others you may need to use a cloud backup like Google drive or Box or a 3rd party app

Google SMS backup - There's plenty of apps for that

The best way to back up your SMS is either on your computer using myphoneexplorer or Gmail using SMS backup+
