Can send but not receive messages

Hi All... having issues with my messaging on my C1505.

Can send messages no problem but will not receive. Also doesnt show if delievered, but i know it has.... Tested with friends phones.

Have tried everythin even a full factory reset and still does not work...

Any suggestions?

That sounds more of a network issue than a phone issue

Did you had an iPhone prior to this phone and perhaps your friends are sending you iMessages instead of a regular text?
