How to to stop using PIN code?

I have followed the instructions to stop using pin number Settings Security Clear Credentials the issue is that the clear credentials is not highlighted.

Hi @Wild007,

There can be other reasons that you can't choose not stop using a PIN code screen lock. Do you by any chance have an Exchange ActiveSync account added to your phone? Your work email could be one example.

Due to security reasons such accounts may require that you use a more secure type of screen lock, such as a PIN code, and you would have to remove the account from the phone in order to use all types of screen locks.
