Screen goes black during push camera botton...

My sont z5 use quick start(push camera botton) usually show black screen.

Who can help me? Please.

Try clearing Camera app cache:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Camera -> (Staorage if you are on Android 6) -> Clear data and restart your phone.
