how to flip camera

This camera is driving me insane....every photo I take on the front camera appears flipped and I have searched for ages and can not find any option for them to be saved as flipped or whatever, arghhgg this is madness for a phone this advanced! Help me please...

You need to take a picture in landscape to view it normally.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

The front facing camera captures the portrait correct, but the view finder in the camera application works as a mirror. This is how the front facing capturing mode is designed to work and it's not possible to change this via any settings in the camera application. It's possible that there are third party camera applications available on Google Play store that works differently, if you prefer the view finder not to mirror your portraits.

I am facing the same difficulty in my Xperia Z2. The Front Camera Is Now Showing Mirror Images. This has happened after sometime. Since before the pictures I used to take from the front camera shows the same view and positioning I had before taking the picture and showed them in the exact manner after the pictures was taken but now similar pictures from the similar positioning is showing a mirror image. Please help. Is it a fault or I could correct it from settings?

I have a Z2 and I always use it to take selfies. All of a sudden, tonight, it started flipping them after I take a picture. It's really annoying. I want my pictures to be the same as shown on the preview, just like they were three freaking hours ago -.-
Anybody knows what's the problem? I haven't done any updatea or anything, and I can't find any options to swotch the mirrorinf effect on or off..

It worked normal before. The view finder and the taken picture had the same positioning. I'll try that, thanks
