How can i use a voice recording as ringtone?

Settings-sound-Phone ringtone-open with file commander and look for recorded folder.

Thanks....but when I go to sounds and ringtones I don't see anything called file manager on my phone.

What options do you get to change? It should prompt you with several apps.

I'm afraid all I get is a list of different ringtones to scroll through - no prompts, apps or anything I can see.:smileysad:

Settings-apps-all-tap on 3 dots and select reset app preferences.Try again.

Nope. Sorry. No indication of where I can find what I recorder anywhere. Just a list of existing ringtones.

Can you find the recorded files in walkman?

Nope. Nothing there at all. The voice recorder has also gone, so I'm sorry about the bother with this.

In the end I downloaded a Google voice recorder and am using that.

This works fine.

However, I don't find the idea of the walkman containing files too logical and also the 'blind' voice info function switched on and left me unable to use the phone for 2 hours till I worked out how to swicth it off.

But anyway, regarding the voice ringtone things, thanks fro trying to help! Much appreciated.
