Homescreen Locking to prevent changes

Too many times have widgets and icons been accidentally moved around in placement, resized or deleted.
Is there any chance to get this feature from Sony updates or any app in Play Store?
Like ADW Launcher has called it "Lock Desktop"

Unfortunately there's no built in way to do this, but there may be alternative Launchers available in the Google Play Store which allow you to do so. Please note that I can't offer you support for third party apps.

I did it on home's beta in Google+

Maybe I will try with Italian local support but, usually, they reply that it's not possible or repair the phone with PCC.
