Home screen freezes after call

My phone FREEZES after call where the home screen pages does not change on swiping whereas only the background moves. The home screen icon panel doesn't respond and the issue has not been solved EVEN AFTER GIVING IT TO THE SONY SERVICE CENTRE. So each time i have to lock the phone and then unlock it to start funtioning smoothly after every call.
Any Solutions would be of great help !!!

Are you using any task killers?Lock screen apps?

this problem persists with the new jelly bean update 4.2.2 with build number 15.3.A.1.14 you can't do anything about it but what i did is that i gone to the service center and they downgraded my os to jelly bean 4.1.2 as the sony have called off the 4.2.2 os on their update servers also the service engineers told me not to update to newest version if i get notifications.

Did the problem go away completely after downgrading to 4.1.2 ?

Also, does one have to downgrade to 4.1.2, since at some forums, it was mentioned that downgrading to 15.3.A.0.26 (which is initial version of 4.2.2, lower than 15.3.A.1.14) also works. Any idea please ?

This problem is quite serious and I am surprised Sony has not yet given an official solution / patch etc.

Hi, I downgraded to 15.3.A.0.26 and today (which was a very busy day phone-wise) I never encountered this bug.

However I noticed that the phone app lags a lot. It actually lags really badly. So, I installed exDialer app from play store and now my phone works great.

15.3.a.0.26 frimware has mojor bugs where newer versions has minor bugs.... Better to downgrade 4.1.2...
