existing gameloft problem in my xperia z2

My game 'world at arms' can't play....the current level is level 15....when I click 'world at arms' on my screen xperia z2,the logo gameloft still loading....and loading....and loading and hang....please help me to solve this problem....

Hi alexdon....still can't solve this problem...reset my z2 done.force stop world at arms and gameloft done.but still same problem...when I click world at arms logo,just bluescreen and gameloft logo appear only,but not proceed the next step....so,must I have reset to the factory setting?if yes,all my data will be lost,right?

Yes,if you reset to factory settings,you will lose data.Try to contact gameloft first.

It could be that the game is not supported on Android 4.4.2.
