Heating issue?

AS THIS MOBILE HAVE SNAPDRAGON 615 CHIPSET , I THINK THIS MOBILE HAVE HEATING ISSUE 

AS ALL THE MOBILE LAUNCHED HAVING SNAPDRAGON 615 CHIPSET HAVE HEATING ISSUE , EVEN AFTER 10 MIN.. OF CONTINUES BROWSING THE HEATING ISSUE EXISTS

EVEN THE XIAOMI MI4i  LAUNCHED WITH 2ND GENERATION SNAPDRAGON 615 CHIPSET STILL HAVE SAME ISSUE 

SO HOPE SONY WILL SOLVE THIS ISSUE SO THAT USER CAN USE HANDSET WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM 

AND CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL THAT EXACT RELEASE DATE THERE IS NO HELP WITH XPERIA CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THE RELEASE DATE

I have the same problem and id ont get any message, insted the phone just shutdown and fter restart i lose all the apps installed on my sdcard, how bad a device can get, Xperia is indeed the wors experiance i ever had, and it is a real dispoinment, you buy sony brand expectin qulity, and there is no qulity in this product startin with the overheating.

I bought m 4 aqua dual dated on 1st july 2015 & from that day I am facing over heating issue. While video recording, Internet. Whole July month I used to go Sony service center and after that they have taken my mobile for one & 1/2 months and result is 0000, issue is not been solved.
Please do something.

Hello Xperia Fans 

I bought new SX M4 Aqua three days past

from the day one the battery is getting heated up very quickly while charging 

and if i listen to songs and do multi-tasking. plz help?

I also facing this problem that is very occuvered. Sony does reslove that type issue . i am used to sony mobiles i m using only xperia series

 9-10 hangs problem in a day please release the update as soon as possible

Type, Model: Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

Issue Description: Device gets heated up within few minutes of activity, such as internet browsing, whatsapp/viber/facebook use, and most importantly during phone calls. If i stay on the phone more than 15-20minutes the heating on the upper part of the phone, is so unbearable that direct contact between the skin and the device is impossible to say the least, and likely hamrful if kept for too long.

Note: The phone was sent back for 'repair' to the technical team of the company which provided with this Phone. The phone was bought from Vodafone Czech Republic, but appears that a third party is involved, a company by the name of Arvato. They have 'attempted to fix' the issue 3 times, and finally claimed that the issue does not appear to them anymore. I took the device back, used it and the same issue persists. I had requested for a termination of the contract but they (Arvato), are claiming that the issue is erither solved by them, or does not appear anymore. That is not the case. Now i am stuck with a faulty device, which is clearly hw related, as the software reboot/upgrade was attempted 3 times by the technical team!...

Please, any advice or recommendation as to how i can proceed in this case? 

I am sorry to say that my experience with your product is not satysfying and i would not recommend it to other users (if i was asked feedback).

Same here with a Xperia M4 Aqua. It used to warn fast, but the last 3 days it is very hot and the battery drains in less than 5 hours, 90% of the time with no use.

Device have no apps running, 60% of space used, and it was bought only 2 months ago.

Hi everyone,  my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua battery is getting hot and its power is going down more rapidly than before. Is there any way to fix this problem.

When i use mobile data or wifi my phone is getting very hot then if i stop use them it show normal.Battery backup is very poor i can't use Internet Continuously more than 2 hours snd show battery low.Why happen this? i bought my M4 12 days only.
