headphones problem on xperia z ultra
Hey guys.i have a new problem with my xperia z ultra.my skullcandy headphones did not work with this phone particulary.i tested the headphones on ten different devices i think, and It works every time ,but when i plug them iny z ultra ,the phone did not recognize them.the Sony headphones and senheiser works without problem.before the update everything was normal.i m kinda dissapointed because the skullcandy headphones are not that cheap and i don t understand why would not work particulary on my z ultra.

The usual reason is the pinouts aren't compatible with Sony

he said that before the update they worked properly, so the pinout is probably not the problem here.

is the connection between headphones and phone good?
because if the connector is not good, the two channels are shorted together and you lose stereo image and bass.
try a different pair of headphones
