Headphone problem

Hello everyone. First of all, I did not get a headset with my xperia z1. But when I try to put my own philips oneal headphones on it says that it is not suitable for sony. What is my problem here??

Sorry to hear that, you might have to take it to a Sony repair center, you could repair your phone with SUS but it might be a hardware issue
