application memory getting full automatically

Even without so many applications my  app memory  gets filled day by day automatically and got the "storage location full" message and i cant update any of my apps. done factory reset 3 times ....the problem still exists. I want a quick and good solution for this. Being a reputed brand i purchased this phone.. but this phone is just a crap. never expected this from sony

upload your picture to box.com and post the link, also edit your thread and delete your private info. 

it could be an app acting up, a app such as instagram. settings > apps > all > instagram > clear cache

u need to wait untill Sony fixes this with a software update
