hanging more often

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone is having the same problem, the phone tends to hang more often eversince the new firmware update, and with every hang, it restarts.  Also, I have the latest 4K sony TV 65" and before the update, I could screen mirror but now, it just says that HDCP is not supported by the output device.  could not find any help on sony website.

I using the new firmware but seem not having much issue now. Apart from SOD(soft Hang), which I still trying to reproduce after last one 3days ago. I think it will wake up if when it happen by press once of the power button and wait for few more seconds.

About your problem, I suggest u do a repair using pc companion. And main storage will be erase. Backup data before do so.

My case it do improved stability. And hopefully solve most of your issue.
