Google Play service error message

Sir, 

I have bought sola 3 months back, i have restored the data, after that restoring the data , google play service is not working ,

i have clear cache on apps manager, factory setting and every thing i have done, but nothing has really helped me to get the problem fixed.

I am using wifi and mobile data, in both way same problem is coming:

i have done :

clear cache&data on google play store:

clear cache & data google services framework:

factory reset:

Please please help me  in getting problem solved ,

other wise tell me how to get the phone completely to factory reset hard reset:

this one i have tried today morning still it was not working

the problem its not the phone it seems to be google servers

it's quite odd, I'll let you know if I find any info on this.
