Phone don't wake up to take incoming calls

My Xperia Z don't wake up from STAMINA mode sleep for incoming calls. Is this normal or just my unit that have this behavior ?

I'am using latest software. Advice ? I don't want to skip stamina mode as this make the phone survive for a full days use

It should happen, try repairing your phone with sony SUS. Hope this will fix your problem.

I think it's the PC Companion software.

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5.     Click repair phone.
6.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

Are all apps gone after this?

Are layout on louncher gone?

Are files/pictures in phone storage deleted?

Are SD card files/apps/picture deleted?
