Sir,

I have bought sola 3 months back, i have restored the data, after that restoring the data , google play service is not working ,

i have clear cache on apps manager, factory setting and every thing i have done, but nothing has really helped me to get the problem fixed.

I am using wifi and mobile data, in both way same problem is coming:

i have done :

clear cache&data on google play store:

clear cache & data google services framework:

factory reset:

Please please help me in getting problem solved ,

other wise tell me how to get the phone completely to factory reset hard reset:

open the browser or chrome and go to time.gov (on your xperia u) does it work?

Its working on browser .. and every that uses internet is working except google play store

that's quite odd

settings > data usage > google play store make sure you have NOT disabled background data

or you can repair your phone with SUS

does this happen with both wifi and data? do you have any antivirus? taskillers? battery apps?

yes it happens in both wifi and data ,

i dont have any app killer or anti virus or any battery apps

try this

on your computer go to play.google.com > sign in > can you download apps?
