I have bought sola 3 months back, i have restored the data, after that restoring the data , google play service is not working ,
i have clear cache on apps manager, factory setting and every thing i have done, but nothing has really helped me to get the problem fixed.
I am using wifi and mobile data, in both way same problem is coming:
i have done :
clear cache&data on google play store:
clear cache & data google services framework:
factory reset:
Please please help me in getting problem solved

other wise tell me how to get the phone completely to factory reset hard reset:
yes, in this way it is working , i am able to download the apps from computer and then connect it through only data on phone ,
but this is not always possible right?
so , needed a permanent solutions for this problem
ok do this
1st backup your phone
2nd repair your phone with SUS
3rd uninstall mcafee
4th do NOT restore any settings
5th do not install any taskiller, antivirus, battery apps, ram apps
check if you can download apps from the play store
yes, i tried this way it is working i am able to download apps, but
i cant do it every time with system right ,
so needed a permanent solutions for phone itself

i have done this one already but still it was not working ..

i have repaired phone by using SUS already ,
but the problem remains same ...
i think i need to reinstall OS , do u know how to do
using SUS that's how you repair/reinstall Android
i have first back up the data from it and then i repair using the sony pc comapanion which is supported for xperia sola ,
in the update/repair , i chooose to repair the phone and i reparied by fallowing the instructions
try with SUS not PCC

tried this way also, not working sir... 
lets try one more thing, create a new gmail account, enter it on the phone and check if that allow you to download apps.
