HI Sony Team,
I have bought Sony Xperia M2 Dual phone last year on 18 June 2014, It is under Warranty.
From past few months I am experiencing network issue on this phone and it had become worse in last 2 months so I had suspected my service provider Vodafone and Ported out.
But with new service provider Airtel also I am facing same issue of Network not available.
So I have arranged a new xperia M2 dual and tested the network on this phone and found I was getting full network on the new phone but My phone was not showing a single network tower.
So came to conclusion that the issue is My phone only.
At Ghatkopar Service centre.
I had visited Ghatkopar service centre and explained my issue but they were saying "we cannot come at your home and test the network as here we are getting the network".
But i kept explaining so they had accepted my phone and tested and found some inner network Antenna damaged or something which couldn't understand as there is not a Single scratch on my phone from outside.
I had kept my phone with full safety from Day 1 and did not had any shock experience till now so how can the Antenna be damaged.
There is a not single scratch on my phone anywhere and this is really not acceptable that phone gets damaged from inside without being damaged from outside.
Now Ghatkopar service centre is telling me that they are not receiving any update from Sony care and are telling me that it may not cover under warranty as issue is on motherboard which must be replaced to solve this issue which is really not acceptable.
My question is that if some issue happens on motherboard during warranty then you dont cover it under warranty?????
I want my phone to be fully functional as soon as possible as it is under warranty.
I am a sony customer from last ten years and this is not the way you treat your customers, this is really fustrating and hope you guys can help.
