Frozen z1

 Hey all, I'm new here and my new z1 is frozen! This is my second one in 2 weeks with the same problem!

 It won't reset with the side button, does nothing when hooked to the pc'

I can get it to the emergency screen with the safe mode logo but still it's frozen!

Any ideas? :smileywhew:

Press and hold power and volume up for about 5 seconds

 Tried that a few times and it's still frozen.

That seems to be a hardware issue rather than software

You could try to repair it with PCC

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

You can also try to boot on safe mode

 Just a note: With both phones they both had the same problem when I did the installs for the smart band. The downloads came from the play store.

Just repair the phone and do NOT install any antivirus or taskiller apps
