Hi
That doesn't sound cool
Dial *#*#7378423#*#* in phonepad > service tests > Secondary camera > see if it's working fine here in this test.
If it is then go for a software repair using PC Companion to fix this. If the camera shows nothing in the test above then it would most likely be a hardware problem. In any case, go for a repair by method given below.
Update / Repair your phone via PC Companion
Download PC Companion and install it. Do not connect your phone until you're asked to do so.
Launch PC Companion > Start Support zone > Start Phone/ Tablet Software update > select Repair my Phone / Tablet > Follow the on-screen instructions it shows.
If after software repair the camera remains non functional, then kindly have your phone examined at nearest service center.

Hi
You mean camera / shutter button ?
Dial *#*#7378423#*#* in phonepad > service tests > select keyboard and switch and then press camera key. See if the press of the button is registered by your phone.
Whenever you will press a button, the screen would display the particular button that has been pressed. Also do that with your volume up down buttons and write here if they worked fine that test.
