Front Camera and camracorder is not functionning.

Hello,

Yesterday I bought Xperia M2 and today I found that my front facing camera is not taking picture even VGA type.
Whole screen is showing black. If i put my phone opp to tubelight then only are of light is showing(Only street of light).

I again found that If we run QR Code of Airdroid then also the samething happen on rear camera.

WHat should I do..??

I did factory reset 2 times.. But no change.

Can I ask something why is it my front camera is not clear and it is darker. I can't even capture my own face

Good day, I want to know if there are ways to improve the front camera or any application or adjustments that could be done to improve the front camera, as it has a very bad front camera the selfies leave ugly blurry, dark, the front camera right now today is very important and you made it very bad thanks.

There is nothing you can actually do to improve a VGA camera,maybe to make sure you have enough lighting when taking a photo with it.

Bright sunny day outside isn't bright enough for the phone to do a facial recognition unlock, all my selfies are reddish orange blur, you can just see my glasses, no face
