a problem was happened when updating my frist update then 

i have a problem that my phone can't conect to my pc

and i see the massage ' the software can't update , make sure that your phone connected to your pc' 

and the phone do't open

i don't konw what to do

Try a different USB connector, different USB cable, disable your firewall and antivirus.

Is your Pc a 64bit system or Win8/8.1?
