Forgotten my pin code and emergency code

Hi Team,

Please Help

Yesterday my phone was configured for outlook and on the same day the display shows EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY.

I thought that it was a SIM problems and hence got my duplicate SIM.

But Still the display shows emergency calls only.

Note: getting texts and calls but can't view them.

Please help I can't move to any other screen or access anything.

PIN code refers to phone lock code,not SIM password,right?
