My phone xperia sp,i got the problem when using net or wifi the phone is automatically hanging and error messages is is't not responding how?

open back cover and pushh off button with tip of pen or similar objecs until phone shut down

after a minute turn it on and try

If this does not help,repair via sony update service:

If open any application slowly opned and error messages is(application is not responding wait/report/ok) open the facebook the error message is face book is not responding wait/report/ok. Like that how to solve this problem?
