Forgot gmail password and username to unlock phone HELP PLEASE

so it goes the the screen where it says type  in your email and password to unlock. I dont even remember my username or password. Some people saytype "null" but it doesnt work... im willing to restart everything can anyone help me to reset this phone?!

it is.. then i hold down back and insert cable THEN it turns on. it turns on automatically

Try doing the repair on a different PC.  I know this isn't exactly a practical answer but it really has worked for a lot of people(including me) when their phone isn't starting in boot mode (back button held down and usb connected).

I've the same problem last few days. I forgot the unlock pattern so i try over 5 times. Therefore, the phone auto lock and it requests the google account but i remember the google account and password. So, I put the google account and password but it showed the error message box " Invalid username and password". I put as like ".........@gmail.com" . I try too many ways and i search the solving methods over the internet. Finally, I got it when type this way "............@googlemail.com".   It can't accept gmail.com. I dun know why?

Hi people here, DO YOU KNOW ABOUT ROBBERY ??? DO YOU KNOW WELL SUCH "DONALDUCK" ??? Why a moderator so innocent instead to ask for imei number and others to find if it has a report of an incident or so..... I don't know... may be I'm just paranoid  and there aren't robbery of electronics in this world .... Please weakup my friends!

What?.... Sorry but can you clarify what you are trying to say?

The IMEI is important, but beyond identification check, most people have no use of it. Why would someone want to rob you of it?

just suggest to be more carefully with a new post asking that, then modarator can take some technical rules to determine if it is safe or not to share more info, may be imei, owners name and service supplier could aid to determine that device has not been stolen.. I don't know I'm not a policeman but we lives in a real world right, not in a comics....

have you tried doing the startup preocedure holding the bottom tight hand corner of the screen rather than the backup button?
