I have a J20i phone and from a few days its having some strange problems
1. I can't play songs or videos without headphones. Whenever I play songs without headphones its showing that its playing i.e. the duration (minutes of the song) very slowly decreases but no sound. And the same with videos, the videos are played at a very very slow rate without any sound. There is no problem with the speakers because when I get a call I can hear the ringtone.
2. The push mail facility built in with the mobile was working fine until yesterday showing an error "An error occurred using TLS/SSL. Contact your email provider if the problem persists."

If restarting the phone doesn't help i recommend that you first try repairing the phones software using a PC and PC Companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/.
Install the software in your computer and then go to Support zone -> Software update.
If that doesn't help i suggest you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location for assistance.
If the problem with email remains after a repair, contact your email provider and check so that they haven't changed the encryption or port on the server.
what are the original email settings in the phone???
i would like to know why my hazel j20i can not access other social websites like twitter gmail myspace ???it says " communication failure.secure connection failed"
in addition i cannot use the widgets installed they end up daying login failed!!
When I cheek my gmail on sony ericssion hazel j20i it says 'an error occured using TSL/SSL. contact your email provider if the problem persists'. How can I solve this problem?
