Does Sony replace phones?

I bought Sony Xperia M4 Aqua dual.
within in 10 days , phone is hanging , phone network not working and main issue is mic. All these are not working ..

this is new release smart phone ..

can you replace xperia M4 Aqua dual  ?

now , i hate this sony smart phone ..

Rediculouse service station ..

not response properly for this phone ...

My xperia Aqua dual is on observation in xperia center since 10 days .

they are not giving any type of solution for this device .

i dont know what are they done .

giving same annswer on my each and evry mail ..

so , i am waiting my phone ..


i hope , sony center replace or swap phone model with this model ..
