I have the same Problem, Very annoying. I use a ActiveSync-Account to run Office 365. With th opld version it worked perefectly. Is it possible, tos deinstall lollipop und reinstall andorid 4. Wehen yes hos to do that?
I Fully aggree, Z1 compact is also in our company the only cel that will only download the email headers. The net is full about this problem.The responses from the sony team are evading. It looks more like it's only some sony models that have this exchange problem and therefor its a pure sony problem! In all regards I prefer my Z1 versus my previous I-Phone but this problem is really enoying, especially when you are on the road and relaying on slow wifi connections being forced to load one by one your emails onece you received the header only. Even more frustrating is the fact that this problem seems to be well known since a very long time already but sony fingerpoints all kind of reasons instaed of solving their very own model related problem on these phones. At the end I regret I bought a Z1. Now I cary along a 2nd old cel to download my emails. (headbang)
