Exchange didn't work after upgraded to 10.3.A.0.423

After upgraded to 10.3.A.0.423 this morning, the Exchange Account doesn't work anymore. It shows "server requires unsupported security features"

It was working perfectly before the upgrade.

Have tried to delete the Exchange Account and add the account back, didn't work.

Have changed the Security setting to either PIN or PASSWORD, didn't work.

Reloaded the cell phone, didn't work.

Any suggestion?

Can I fall back to the previous version?

It sounds like the server requires a security policy that the phone doesn't support. I suggest that you contact your IT department to see if they can change the policy's for your account.

I've got the same problem! Can you please explain what has changed with the recent upgrade? I also deleted the user certificates, however that neither helped...

But it was working fine before the upgrade. I called IT support and they

said they did not change anything.

Also this version seems to be not stable, sometimes the phone signal

will gone for a while and come back 30 seconds later. I was not moving at that time and it happened more often.

And, the screen capture is gone, don't why Sony remove this...

What are the security policies that Xperia Z supported in the previous firmware that is not supported now?

Exchange server is crucial for many users. Sony must fix this problem immediately.

Any IT department would not do anything for Sony's problem as I guess

I have the exact same problem. This is no server issue since our server has not been touched and my other cyanogenmod 10.1 phone still works on it. This is an issue on client side. And if sony does not fix it well corporates will not like it.

Same for me, got to buy moxier mail, now when it stopped worked, the phone is one of my main work tool, it must work!

I've the problem using the native Android email client. But you stated now that the problem occurs also using professional email clients such as Moxier. Can you confirm that as this was the advice I received from the IT department?

BTW: Is it working for any none Sony Smartphone running on 4.2.2?
