Exchange didn't work after upgraded to 10.3.A.0.423

After upgraded to 10.3.A.0.423 this morning, the Exchange Account doesn't work anymore. It shows "server requires unsupported security features"

It was working perfectly before the upgrade.

Have tried to delete the Exchange Account and add the account back, didn't work.

Have changed the Security setting to either PIN or PASSWORD, didn't work.

Reloaded the cell phone, didn't work.

Any suggestion?

Can I fall back to the previous version?

Feel a bit saved...
But when will be?
If takes long, need to seriously consider to replace my Z with other as Exchange Sync is fundamental... Hope it will be soon...

Just to let you know that the 10.3.1.A.2.67 upgrade has resolved the problem...

Thank you for your message. Updated to 10.3.1.A.2.67. But the problem still can not be solved... System requires encryption which can not be done (neither would like to do so). How did you solve the problem? Would very much appreciate advice.

i had similar issues (Exchange didn't work after upgraded to 10.3.A.0.423), i did repair phone but still didnt work.

However i upgraded to 10.3.1.A.2.67 few hours ago and exchange worked on first attempt.

so i suggest you do a repair using this new upgrade. 10.3.1.A.2.67

I recently perchased a ZR with 10.3.1.A.2.67 already installed, and this issue is still valid. It will not make a connection with the exchange server. I can't even create the account on the phone.

SONY...get into the game...What is going on? My 3,5 year old Iphone 4 does this, with no problems, but my brand new ZR does not???
