My ear speaker is not working dont know why, I have search this forum for this problem, but there seems that the authorised people from sony on this forum have not yet replied to any of this type of problems.

I will get my phone to service center but I want to ask only one thing!

Is this a software issue or hardware issue???

A little help is really appreciated!

Hi,

It's hard to say what's causing the problem in your phone. You can always try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

And if you haven't tried it already you should repair the phone software using PC Companion before sending the phone for service:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".

I have tried resetting the device as well as repairing the phone..
both didnt helped at all.

and also i have tried turning it into safe mode!
still d same result !

Hi there....I also suffered the same problem after 2 month using this phone......I did send my phone to Sony center...first they change the earspeaker....but still have problem.... Next they update the software but still have problems.... Lastly they change the motherboard and resolved the problem.....hopethis will help

i have got the problem last year wen i went to service centre they replaced mother board didn't cost anything because my phone is under warranty. but i got same problem again and my phone is not under warranty wat should i do now . im so tired of this phone y i bought this phone wasted rs 27000
